Can I request a sample?
Ask our team about sample availability, configuration, cost and shipping arrangements for the model you need. Sample terms are confirmed before payment.
Can you support our brand or packaging?
Discuss your logo, labelling, colour and packaging requirements with us. Feasibility, minimum quantities, artwork approval and costs are assessed for each project.
Where can I find product specifications?
Use the Specifications page to search by model and download available PDF sheets. If a detail or configuration is not listed, request confirmation from our team.
What documents are available for my market?
Tell us the model, destination country and document requirements. We will confirm which records, declarations or certificates are available and applicable to the specific product.
What are the production and delivery times?
Lead times depend on the models, quantities, components, customisation and shipping arrangements. Request an estimated schedule with your quotation.
How are shipping and payment terms agreed?
Destination, shipment size, packaging, delivery terms and payment arrangements are confirmed in the quotation and order documents. There is no online checkout on this site.
What about warranty, spare parts and after-sales support?
Ask for the warranty scope, spare-parts arrangements and after-sales process for your selected model. Agree on the terms in writing before confirming your order.
Can we arrange a factory introduction or visit?
Yes, contact our team with your company details and preferred schedule. We will discuss the arrangements and confirm the location before your visit.
